How Auriqis handles your information. Last updated July 16, 2026.
Who we are
Auriqis Technologies (“Auriqis”, “we”, “us”) is an AI consulting and cloud solutions company operating at auriqis.com. We also build software products, including Aura and ADEE. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our inquiries, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions are always welcome at hello@auriqis.com.
Information we collect
This website is intentionally light on data collection. We collect:
- Contact details you share. When you email us or reach out about a project, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include about your company and goals.
- Scheduling details. When you book a call, the booking runs through Cal.com, a third party scheduler, which shares your name, email, and chosen time with us.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to keep the site reliable and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Our products
Our software products handle customer data under their own terms. If you use Aura, our autonomous AI marketing product, its practices are described in the Aura privacy policy. Client engagements and product workspaces are governed by the agreements we sign with you.
How we use information
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations.
- Scope, deliver, and support the work you engage us for.
- Operate, secure, and improve this website.
- Meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who host our infrastructure or run scheduling and email, under terms that require them to protect your data.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Auriqis and our clients.
- A successor entity as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and engagement records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize them. We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit, and least privilege practices across our systems. No method of storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and respond quickly if an issue arises.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@auriqis.com and we will respond in line with applicable law.
Cookies
We use only the minimal cookies needed for the site to function, such as remembering your theme preference. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
International transfers and children
We may process information in countries other than where you live, with appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws. Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
